Obtaining Service Agreements

Post warranty service agreements are available for Renal instruments through the Global Technical Services Center. 

Contract Administration Representatives are available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, ET, Monday-Friday.  Call 1-800-553-6898, prompt 5, option 3.

Flexible service options are available through Baxter Global Technical Services, Americas Region that display our commitment to meeting the needs of our customers.  Baxter offers certified Field Service Engineers to service your equipment.

Level of Service

The level of service including field service engineer availability and preventative maintenance schedule are reflected on the service agreement that you will receive from the Contract Administration Representative.

Standard Terms and Conditions

Standard terms and conditions including services to be provided, exclusions, charges, extent of liability, access to records, and other miscellaneous provisions are reflected on the service agreement received by your Contract Administration Representative.
