Baxter Young Investigator Award Application Form
Applicants to the Baxter Young Investigator Award are asked to submit information about a research project in which they played an instrumental role relevant to critical care and life sustaining therapies in one of the following areas: instrumental and analytical sciences; life sciences; engineering science of medical devices; or pharmaceutical sciences. This research must either already be completed or nearing completion, and must include substantial data and simulations to support the findings. If a large group of researchers was involved in the project, applicants should clearly delineate their essential role within the larger project.
Those applying for the award must complete all fields below in order to have their application submission considered. The abstract, limited to 200 words, should be entered into the text box provided. A research description should be attached as a PDF (restricted to 5Mb) in size. This description is limited to two pages (including figures and references) and must be formatted with 1" margins and 12 point font. It is acceptable for applicants to cite their own work as references if relevant. Please include your name and title on attachment.
