The Ethics and Compliance Helpline was established by the Corporate Responsibility Office and is managed by the Ethics and Compliance department. The Baxter Ethics and Compliance Helpline is a method for reporting actual or suspected conduct that may involve violation of applicable laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and accounting procedures otherwise inconsistent with Baxter's Ethics and Compliance Standards.
Baxter is utilizing EthicsPoint, an outside vendor to provide you with ways to confidentially report concerns or seek advice on ethics and compliance issues. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with representatives who can consult with you in almost any language. All inquiries will be handled promptly. Confidentiality will be maintained insofar as you have the option of remaining anonymous except where prohibited by law or regulation. EthicsPoint does not conduct any inquiry or investigation directly. EthicsPoint will promptly forward all inquiries to Baxter's Ethics and Compliance department to address or investigate, and corrective action will be taken as necessary.
No one will be punished for asking about possible breaches of law, regulation, or company policy. Any allegation of a reprisal will be investigated. You will have the ability to check the status of your report from this site.
Baxter is encouraged to see the number of calls for guidance increase over time, which now far exceeds the number of calls we received regarding potential violations.
