Michael J. Baughman is corporate vice president and controller at Baxter.
Baughman joined Baxter in 2003 as the vice president of corporate audit. He was appointed to the role of corporate controller in March 2005.
Before joining Baxter, Baughman had a 16-year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, during which he held a number of senior roles, including audit partner and partner in the firm's mergers and acquisitions practice.
Baughman is a board member of the Baxter Credit Union, as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Baughman received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.
